Character of the Strategic plan

  • The government formulates and implements a strategic plan for national intellectual property in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Act on Intellectual Property.
    The Strategic Plan presents the vision, goals and objectives of government intellectual property policies
    for a five-year period.
